BaronSoosdon with his - I'm So Sick:
Dopefish with his - Among Fables and Men:
And Olibith with his - The Ballad of the Sex Junkie:

There have been a few domains registered with a similar name to our real domain "warcraftmovies.com" that are used for spreading harmful content.
Our site should only be accessed via warcraftmovies.com and no other domain.
Keep your anti-virus software updated to avoid these kind of problems.
Due to popular demands we have implemented "leet speak" to our homepage. We pulled some strings and recruited one of our top PvP Author to translate our site! Why do we go through all this trouble? This written argot will prevent our parents and others that do not play the game from understanding what we are doing here, before the summer no one outside this community will ever know we excised!
We thank you for your patience while implementing the "leet speak" on our servers, this is just the BETA phase and when everything is working leet will be default language. In the final stage of this renewal titles and voice over on movies will be manually changed to fit the new standard. Below are a few examples on how the system has improved our Authors summary:
I'm So Sick
Tales of the past III
Eviscerate 7 - World PvP, Daggers
Nihilum EU-BG3 Grand Final
For now you will have to click the new official flag in the top right corner to get the desired effect.
Hope you are as excited about this as we are, reply to this thread if you want to help us translate all the movies and we will get in contact with you.
Thank you all for participating in this Ingame Streaming, were we showed a glimpse of Drakedogs finesse Live!
Based on the current viewing cap, or the massive overload on our servers, some of you might have missed this "Reel" session, we are working to solve this but the project is still in its BETA phase. Also for a short period of time only Premium members had access to the stream, server capacity had reached its limit and we were forced to cut down or crash.
Soon we will have this streamlined, the viewing cap can be lifted and everyone can enjoy this new technology. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Stay updated on our Reel page for future sessions >>
Some of you might have problems watching Filefront streams and not even Blizzard is untouched by the ISP dispute between Telia/Cognet Customers.
Blizzard Support explains this further:
"Cogent has decided not to exchange traffic directly with TeliaSonera’s AS 1299 or indirectly with AS 1299 through a third-party provider. As a result, Cogent has partitioned the Internet and disrupted the flow of traffic between Cogent and TeliaSonera customers. While this has a negative impact on some users of the Internet, this effect is the result of Cogent’s decision and is unfortunately beyond TeliaSonera’s control."
Please note that this is an issue with Filefronts ISP and it has nothing to with WarcraftMovies's servers.
After Mondays success with the streaming of Drakedogs ingame play we have arranged a new "WCMreel" session:
24/3 2008 (on Monday)

It will last approximately 1 hour
Just like last time, there will still be a limit on how many we can show the Live Stream to but it has been doubled. Invitations has gone out to our most active members. If not enough people from the list show up we will open it to everyone in a "first come, first served" fashion!
About the session: Drakedog playing from the Korean Arenas.

Been approving blog requests for little more than a day and already we have a dozen of fresh Posts out there! This News will serve as the portal out to active bloggers until we get a working portal and proper exposure on the front page:
http://moomoney.warcraftmovies.com/ Moo Money is currently writing for WoW Insider, the daily Moviewatch and already posted several Posts from her newly started blog.
http://thelegacy.warcraftmovies.com/ Writing currently about character lore, hopefully stuff people can use for their future Machinima?
http://chrille.warcraftmovies.com/ - Chrille is the person behind The Fat Cow series and will keep us updated on druids and PvP (two of my favorite things when playing WoW)
Will keep updating with news until we get a system for this.
Our ever so popular Author BaronSoosdon just hit spotlighted on wow-europe.com! He is asked about why he first started making movies, the growing European machinima scene and what project lies ahead:
I try to avoid the straight copying of ideas as much as I can, but I do like to take influences - interpret the others’ methods and ideas in my own way. When I see something cool or interesting in another machinima, I want to try it out and see if I could do that too in my own style..."

We are very proud to announce that Tristan "The Godfather" Pope has trusted us with his Machinima101.com project. While Tristan is moving on to new challenges we will do our best to create a forum worthy of his visions and I am happy to say that he will still be lurking around as a member posting here and there.
Here is Tristan's statement which you can read in full in this post:
Hey everyone! So it is true WarcraftMovies has taken the reins of Machinima101.com.For a long time Machinima101.com has been thriving with some of the oldest and newest Machinima creators on the web, talking and confiding in one another to help them take the next step in improving their craft. Machinima101 has always and will always be a place to come when you need the blunt truth about your work in order to improve or just get ideas. Many of the machinimists out there have been more than helpful with sharing techniques and guidance to new movie makers as well as people new to the scene helping out the older guys/girls.
Machinima101.com is not a place of rating movies via stars but formulating your words into semi coherent sentences to give constructive feedback. That will be maintained. Warcraft Movies and I have been working together for a little bit behind the scenes to maintain the "coffee shop" feel of Machinima101.com. What they do want to do though is add a more streamlined feel to the site as well as offer it to a wider audience of people. Considering the majority of people participating in the site currently are World of Warcraft Machinimators, WarcraftMovies in my opinion is the best place for it to reside. The staff there are very open to the members opinions and continue to mprove their own site.
So for those of you on the site already, this should only mean new and more exciting features to help organize information better as well as maintaining the feel of the site currently (aka no jerk faces!)
For those of you new to the site, WarcraftMovies will be taking steps to help you get information quickly as well as efficiently so that you may post without looking like a jerk face lol.
I will be here posting now and again but I will no longer be the owner or admin of this site.
See ya all on the forums!
Addendum: A jerk face is a person who is out to ruin the overall enjoyment of someone else on a site to allow the freedom to speak ones mind and share thoughts and ideas without the fear of jerk faces. Oh yeah and a person who doesn't run a search or read the forum prior to posting a question that has been answered 50 times lol.
Disclaimer: All the above is the personal statements of Tristan as an individual, and should not be taken as the views or opinions of anyone other than Tristan.
There you have it! We will rely heavily on the opinions of the current users of Machinima101 before deciding on which path to take. This will be the very next step. The fundamental idea is to have a shared user database between WCM and Machinima101 similar to what we have on mmorpgforum.com and perhaps move some parts of that forum to Machinima101.
You will be able to follow the latest development and take part in the discussion on Machinima101.com.

The new 'Skilled?' feature lets you decide on what movie that got the most skill each week. TOP 50 now also keeps track on 'Skilled?' and what movie that holds most points!
In addition to this, each server reset in "Latest Achievements" there will be an announcement, similar to top downloaded/top rated, on what movie that got most points to lift out and acknowledge this.
Top Skilled - Week: 50 - 423:

The Trailer for 'Shadow Word: Dance 4' is out and the Author, called Dance, behind this well-designed PvP series just recently released a guide on his blog:
How 2 Maek A Moovie - Video in Vegas Part 1
By covering the basics this tutorial is something I believe every movie maker who hasn't tried out Sony Vegas, or just started, can make much use of. Also, you might want to start by reading Mr Dance guide on: How 2 Maek A Moovie - Frapsing - To get a clue on how best to capture material for your own PvP movie!
